  2. Hello Sha'Keema-

Wow...I still have goose bumps on my arm! What a wonderful summary of the important topics we have discussed within these eight weeks. You chose the perfect photos…I loved the mixture of the handprints, smiles, hugs, families, and religions. I especially loved the photo of the father looking at the ipad with his two daughters. They were all laughing hysterically and made me think about my husband’s interactions with my two daughters. Well done Sha’Keema….this video is the perfect balance of what the anti-bias approach is all about. Thank you for sharing!

  3. Sha'Keema,
What a wonderful video to represent diversity. Many of the topics we have been studying, related to diversity, were displayed in your video. I really liked the photo you chose to show different religious diversity. This was great to watch!

  4. Sha'Keema,
I was inspired by your diversity in art video and I found the hand prints especially touching. I too included some hand print pictures in my diversity presentation this week. I feel that hand prints are the simplest way to demonstrate diversity since no two hand prints are the same which demonstrates that each person is unique.

  5. I enjoyed watching your video representation. It was a great depiction of what diversity means today. I too honed in on some of the same things within my video representation as I think it is highly important that we embrace those differences to better teach the young children we encounter on a daily basis. Too often we get caught up in what's seen on the outside, and rarely do we think about the Inner child. Thanks for sharing such an amazing piece of art! :)
